Method:

1. Once the rice is cooked, add the remaining 2 cups of milk to the pan.

2. Stirring continuously, let the mixture simmer on low heat until it thickens. This will take around 15-20 minutes.

1. Pour in the condensed milk and stir well to combine.

2. Add sugar and continue to stir until it dissolves completely.

2. Continue to cook the kheer for another 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
